Charity Knitting

Today I spent the day spinning and working on baby hat & bootie sets for charity. The spinning is going very well, I am using an Ashford Traditional that I rescued. An advertisment in the paper led me to a very neglected wheel. She needed ALOT of oil and love, but she's much better and showing her appreciation. So far I have spun this: I have this left:

On the charity knitting front I am almost done with one set:

Using the Fiber Trends pattern, "Baby Basics". I highly recommend this pattern, you can make a hat & bootie set using dk (sport) weight yarn and double points, so the finishing is minimal!
